Convention Ticket Prices
PLEASE NOTE: The Sched platform assesses a 1.9% service fee and the Stripe platform assesses a 2.9% service fee on all ticket transactions. These fees are applied at checkout. Prices below do not reflect fees.
Room upgrade information is outlined in full on the Hotel Information page. Please note that ticket prices include the base accommodations of a shared, double queen bed room. If you would like to upgrade your lodging, you will need to purchase the upgrade AND your ticket.Early Bird: November 16, 2025 - December 31, 2025

Payment Plans
The Sched platform does not offer payment plan options through their ticketing system. We have set up payment plan options through Stripe. Please click the hyperlinked "See Payment Plan Breakdown" below to see the full outline of payment plan options based on your date of purchase.
If you intend to set up a payment plan, please select the payment plan ticket option when registering on Sched and follow the instructions below.
How to purchase a ticket on a payment plan
- Review the payment plan breakdown document above and identify which payment plan best suits your membership type and budgetary needs.
- Navigate to the "Payment Plan Purchases" section of the convention website.
- Select the payment plan for you. This will navigate you to externally Gamma Rho Lambda's Stripe payment link for your selected payment plan.
- Proceed with Stripe checkout. All future payments will be processed through the Stripe subscription you purchase.
Please note that your payment plan must be paid in full to attend convention.
